There are several duplex buildings that I have looked at recently that were part of a large complex of buildings that are now being sold off separately. All of the buldings look exactly the same and are grouped together. This seems like a disadvantage to me somewhat in that as the owner of one building, you would have to keep rents exactly the same as the other buildings around it...does anyone else have any thoughts about the advantages/disadvantage of this this scenario?
