Good Afternoon Lashonda. If you have an address for this property, I would be able to pull this up on our local Multiple Listing Service to see if this home is currently available for sale, if so, for how much. If this property was recently purchased, that information would be available as well. if neither of this options establish the current status of this property, you could look into obtaining a marion county auction list for the up and coming auction (6/20/2012) to establish if this home is set to go at auction. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks.

The lender makes a huge difference. Many banks take almost 45 days now. However, 30 days is typical. And some lenders can expedite the process and get everything done in 10-15 days. But that also means you need to do the inspection immediately, which I always recommend anyway. :) Again though.... the lender makes a huge difference and whether they have actually pre-approved you versus pre-qualifying you. And if they do underwriting ahead of time like one of the lenders I use, she is able to do it in under 15 days. ... more

Trulia will not have sold prices. Trulia does not obtain listings from the local MLS systems, rather it obtains listed homes from agent websites, from home and land magazine ads, and from dozens of other places, but not from MLS systems themselves. Since we don't advertise a house we have sold Trulia can't get the sold data on them.

You can contact a Realtor in your area and ask them to provide you with some sold figures or visit the county clerk of courts office and try to find your way through that maze.
