Is this a For Sale By Owner listing or a home listed with a brokerage. The difference is if the home is listed with a brokerage, the listing agent is being paid to be the intermediary with all buyers, so the seller will refer you to their agent.
In a For Sale By Owner listing, you need to contact the seller directly.

Instead of asking your question here, you need to contact your realtor, title company and lender immediately and explain your situation. Nobody online can advise you on what to do.

Hi,

The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process. If it is already correct through the county, this will update to Trulia once we receive that information. Rest-assured that we are working towards building a better tool for the future that integrates the data between Trulia and Zillow to ensure both sites display the same information. I really apologize for that although there is not yet a specific time frame for when this will be implemented we are working on this as quickly as possible.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hi,

Thank you for forwarding the email. After reviewing the email you sent, it looks like we are sending you the second type of email notification, which we call inferred emails. Our system generates this email with listings we believe you would be interested in based on what properties you have viewed, what searches you have done, what leads you have sent, etc). Unfortunately, there is no way to specifically opt out of inferred emails right now. You can stop them by turning off the button for 'Email Alerts', however this will also stop the emails for new listings that match your saved preferences.

Please know that our intention is to help you find a home by providing as much relevant content as possible. We understand there are situations when the information we suggest is not relevant to what you are searching for. Please be assured we do collect all user feedback and send them to our developers so they can consider the information for future improvements.

I hope this information helps and I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for using Trulia!
