Help the community by answering this question:

75087 is mostly Rockwall, but also includes the eastern part of Rowlett (west edge of Lake Ray Hubbard), the western half of Fate, part of Mobile City, and unincorporated county north of Rockwall (like Millwood).

If you're in Rockwall, you can click on to see their utility setup information. Remember stage 3 drought conditions are still in effect in Rockwall, limiting watering to twice monthly on Saturdays.

If you're in Rowlett, you can click on to find out their utility setup information. Rowlett also enforces drought conditions, limiting watering to weekly on trash pickup day.

If you're in Fate, you can click on… to pull up their application form, like Rockwall and Rowlett. Fate enforces the same stage 3 restrictions as Rockwall, limiting watering to every other week.

If you're talking about the outlyihg areas north of Rockwall, the best answer is to call the utility listed in the Seller's Disclosure or ask the Seller, since the answer varies.

If your in the Rowlett section of Rockwall, water, sewer and trash pickup is the City of Rowlett. For electricity you can use almost any provider, shop around there are still some great rates to lock into.

Go to, near the very bottom of the page, click on "Ebby's Connect Service Center" then enter street and zip and you are in business.
