You can search all properties currently for sale in multiple listing service. at http://www.terrysmith.com. If you want to check out the tax valuations you can go to http://www.tad.og. Most realtors will pull their sales data from our multiple listing service. Let me know what information you are looking for!

If you are speaking of homes sold on the market and expired listings - we here at Coldwell Banker get it from Trendgraphix. It compiles data of sales in specific areas. If you would like more info please don't hesitate to call or email me.
