You can visit our website here and click on Community Info, and see the crime rates, school grades, etc. You can also compare it with other zip codes to your liking.

Hi Ramona,

Here is a good site that lets you know of recent police activity. We, as realtors are prohibited to make comments about crime rates and such in any area.

Hi Ramona,

I had found CrimeMapper from the Sacbee to be very helpful for not just my clients but also for myself when I originally moved up here.

Real estate agents are not permitted to answer this question, but your best bet would be to check with the local precinct. They keep crime stats.

Keep in mind that real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods--therefore, for accurate and up to the minute information regarding any crime rate, do visit/contact the local police department, ask all your questions and hear all there is to hear firsthand, they'll gladly help--then go from there.

Are you interested in 95608--the zip code in your profile--or in 95841(the zip code in your question)? As a resident of 95841, I can tell you that there are different areas of the zip code. In some areas, I wouldn't feel safe living, in others I would. It is important for you to research each area, different web sites as suggested here, and drive thru the various neighborhoods at different times of the day and nite, to get a feel for each neighborhood.
