You can always check the government census data for specific demographic information in a town. The 2010 census information is readily available.

I agree with my fellow agents as well...there are many websites you can peruse to find this data if that is really what you need. In the end, people are people.

Due to fair housing laws, That question can not be answered by any licensed agent or broker, you really should check out the area for yourself, talk to neighbors and for crime stats check with the local PD.
