Hi, it really depends what each party WANTS to happen. Call me to discuss, call your agent or call an attorney. I am not an attorney and cannot interpret the contract for you, but it is pretty straight-forward. If either side misses a date, it is voidable.

Why do you ask as a Realtor in NE Philadelphia it depends on the agreement and what the Buyer and Seller want to do I will need to speak with you and see the agreement, What does your Agent say ? You can take it to an attorney as stated below by an agent from FL however they will charge you by the hour. If you have any questions Please call me at 215-725-5700 X49

To make absolutely sure, you should consult an attorney.
