Rob,

I deal with this question occasionally and I know that any noise that disturbs you neighbors can be a violation of the code and carries a possible fine. However, some noises are specifically prohibited during the day:
Construction noises must stop after between 6pm and 7am emergency or urgent work is excluded.
Power equipment must stop between 9pm and 8 am.
Parking lot sweepers and Garbage collection (in residential areas) must stop between 10p and 7am

Generally it is best to work any noise issues out with your neighbors before it becomes a problem.

Thank you for your question. I have not been there after 10 pm. I was there until 9 tonight working & did not note anything loud. I have been there checking on & working in the house during the week & on the weekend. I have only heard an occassional car with louder music passing by.

I noticed that you are a home buyer. I do intend to sell the house. Due to the current market I had planned to rent it out first.

Please let know if you have any other questions.

Hi Rob,

37917 is a large zip code. Could you be a little more specific? You can contact me directly if you like.
