Cony, I assume you are looking for a better location/city with a less of a crime rate than where you currently live. Call or email me and let me know your price range and property discription of what your lookng for and i'll help you find something. Thats what were here for. As for the property on 49th street if you want a neighborhood crime report and can provide you with one as well.

It depends on what you consider dangerous... it is always easy to check crime stats... each person has a different tolerance level to what they feel safe around. Always happy to assist.
