Hi, You can visit http://www.HomeFair.com and click on the city reports section for in-depth crime stats and area demographics. Other options would be http://www.SpotCrime.com and http://www.CrimeReports.com.

Hi Juantia
Here are some sites to help you find some crime stats around the Hoover High area.
https://www.crimereports.com/
http://www.neighborhoodscout.com/
http://www.fresno.gov/Government/DepartmentDirectory/Police/…
http://www.meganslaw.ca.gov/
It is also a good idea to contact the Fresno PD, they will be able to give you more inforamtion about the area.
I did see a couple properties in the Fresno MLS within 1/2 mile of 6208 Fisher that did require a monthly due of $78. Most of the homes in the area did not require a monthly due.

Hoover is a pretty good area. You can call the Fresno Police Department and they should be able to give you pretty accurate information. Are you the buyer for this property? No association fees according to Fresno MLS.

You have to go to the local police department to get that information. We can not answer that question.
