Visit a neighborhood several times to get a sense of belonging. Check out area statistics; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods; so, you should check out demographics on your own to assure your comfort level can be reached.

Hi Michelle,

I do have something that I can email you that is very descriptive, but I will not send it on a public forum like this.

You may email me direct at ghodgerealtor@gmail.com with (High Country) in the subject line and I can send you the rent to owner ratio, crime reports, economics, etc.

Let me know your must haves for housing criteria as well since I have clients in that neighborhood interested in selling but don't yet have the house on the market.

There are a variety of sources for obtaining demographics, the census bureau being the go to choice. city-data.com has some decent information as well.
