Here is real estate agent level access to everything on the market in Cummaquid. All the properties are displayed on a map so you can zoom in to your desired location:

Walking distance to beach will always help resale value so definitely consider north of 6A

Sometimes picking the neighborhood is the best way to meet buying your criteria.
In the case of Keveney Lane, I would suggest choosing a real estate professional to help find a property for sale there, because not many become available.
A local pro may know of things that are not "actively" for sale and thus save you time and provide you a first shot at an "off-the-market" property.

As for walking to the beach, South of 6A will of course be closer and also easier durring the summer traffic season.
There are many gret areas north of 6A with access to the beaches there.
Are you exclusively looking in Barnstable? and is Cummaquid the area that your have narrowed your search to?

Of course looking at locations to build and looking at existing homes that are for sale have different sets of information that need to be considered when buying.

Good Morning

I would be more than happy to help you with your search for property in this area that you will still be able to walk to the beach. While Cummaquid Heights is certainly beautiful it's not the best spot to be for walking to the beach. Being North of 6A, such as Keveney, is much more desirable. I'm also married to one of the best builders on the Cape so if you will be needing assistance with that end as well I could even be of more help.

Kind Regards
