There are many condos for sale in theToscana condo location. If its so wonderful, why is it so vacant? Any hidden problems?

If it is a community you are truly interested in ask your real estate agent or contact the condo association and ask them about the community. They will be able to provide you with the information you need to know before you buy. You may also want to ask a few residents there how they like the community.
