Moving to St. Pete's next month. Which website can I go to for luxury apartment rentals? We need a 3 or 4 bedroom apt or house.

Begin your search with http://www.stpete.org/neighborhoods

Then you should connect with a Realtor to ask questions and get the lay of the land. Explain your family needs, wants as well as the things you don't want. Such as do you want the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico? If so you look at St Pete Beach or Treasure Island both in zip code 33706. Or you can swing around to Tierra Verde at 33715. If you want luxury living downtown St along the Tampa Bay and within walking distance to restaurants, boating, sports, museums and performing arts check out 33701 and 33704.

Check out http://www.stpete.org/neighborhoods where you will find a lot of information about the great community of St Petersburg.

Good luck with your search.

Trulia has a rent tab at top menu bar where you can search a city for rentals but if you feel you want individual help, I can help you and send you listings from the MLS.

Hello Lavanya,

the luxury rental properties are in high demand at the moment. There's no particular site that will market just those. You may try traditional sites like Trulia (of course), Zillow and Realtor.com in their rental sections. But those are often gone once you call on them. If you can send me an email to info@bonniestrickland.com with your detailed requirements, I can try and help you find one. We are relocation specialists in St Pete and we often help relocating CEOs, athletes and other professionals find a perfect fit for a luxury rental.

Thank you,
Bonnie Strickland
