Looking for a lot for a duplex in this area. With is 75' wide. what naborhoods can this be built in?

I know of several some are listed some are not, area is north of the river, one is a bank owned subdivision with no duplexs currlently built. Scott 816-809-1903

I would contact a real estate agent in the area you are wanting to buy in. I am sure they can point you in the right direction. However if you want to potentially save some money, I have a duplex for sale that needs to be rehabbed. Here is a link to the flyer (you may have to copy and paste):
