I am moving from TX to Philadelphia for my job, and am interested in renting a house in Cherry Hill or Camden, NJ for my family and I. ANY information would be helpful.

Yes, Cherry Hill IS a diverse town. We have two high schools and several elementary schools. Each section of town and each school has its own character, but when you look at the ethnic stats of our schools, you will see that our town is more diverse than the local towns with similar outstanding school reports. I have lived in Cherry HIll for 28 years- and can certainly help you find a great home in our town

Do your due diligence, drive the area, wave and talk to people along the way and see how they respond. Great online resources include the township website, and check to see if the community has a Patch, which is an electronic, hyper local newspaper.

I make a great tool available to my clients - the MARKET INSIDER REPORT - available at the zip code level. You can find it at my website, look to the top navigation bar. You can find market and inventory data, as well as demographic and school data. I invite you to take a look.

Cherry hill is considered one of the best towns to live in in south Jersey. I'm a resident for the past 10 years and have 2 kids in the school system. It is Great. It is very diverse and has a lot to offer. Shopping is close and convenient. Philadelphia and Atlantic city are few minutes away.

Hi Collease, yes, Cherry Hill is considered by many to be one of the prime towns to live in in the Burlington/Camden County area. And at 15-25 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, it's also convenient. Feel free to continue your search on my website at http://www.homefinder360.com If you are interested in other parts of Cherry Hill or neighboring towns, please feel free to email or call and I will help you fine-tune your search.

Good luck in your home search!
