The traffic is a little busier on Canal Road because the weather is warm and with the beach right down the road. Who wouldn't want to go to the beach? This is a great time of the year for outside activities, swimming, fishing, boating, and having fun on the sand. Please let me know if I can assist
you in anyway.

Have a great day,

Depends on the time of year and what part of Canal Rd. Normally the traffic flows pretty nicely but does get congested in Orange Beach during the busier times where it intersects with Hwy 161 by Docs Sea Food. Overall the traffic is better on Canal Rd. than Hwy 59 during the times of new people coming into Gulf Shores and people leaving. I hope this helps let me know if I can assist you further. The Gulf Shores portion of Canal Rd. is not too bad.
