I mean East Mosser Street, just next to Keck Park. It seems to be near the bend in the river. Flood insurance? Has it ever flooded?

Also, is there a reliable flood map available?

Hi Again,

I also checked Mosser St in East Allentown and that should not be a problem either. But an address is required to be sure.

Hi Perkonss,

I would need an address to be sure, but if you are referring to Mosser St in the West End of Allentown your should not have to worry about flood insurance. Get back to me with an address, or at least an approximate address, and I can let you know for sure.
