There is crime everywhere. Surely check with the local police department who knows the area they are more than welcome to tell you what goes on on Jackson Street.

Good Luck

It is true that as Realtors we are limited in what we can say but I can tell you that I have seen regular patrols of the Seminole County Sheriff deputies on that particular street. I also agree with my colleagues that checking out crime data is a good thing to do before making a purchase. Here is a link to the Seminole County Sheriff site. http://www.seminolesheriff.org/external/CrimeMaps.aspx?pageID=34

As a Realtor we are unable to answer that question without it getting "touchy," but this is a link to a general crime rate website (city-data). I hope this helps.

Depends on your definition of crime. There isn't a lot of vandalism or burglary but Jackson is Crack Central.

Check Trulia crime info section.

Since the definition of "a lot" is relative, you should check with your local police department to look up recent crime statistics for the area.
