I'm not sure you found an agent you are comfortable with yet, but I do a lot of business in Roseville and office out of Roseville as well. Do you have a particular home you are interested in or just the Roseville area?

One more thing to add to what everyone else has said.....Google the names of the agent or agents you are considering using. It's amazing what you can find out about people on the internet....both good and bad. Like everyone else who has answered this I would love to hear from you to see if we are a good fit for one another and to see if I can add more value to you than my competion.

I agree with Don you should interview a few agents, find one that will be honest and up front with you and not just do be a salesman. If you would like I can email you a home buyers coupon book and reference guide. This book has lots of great deals and information for a home buyer, let me know if you would like this.

Hi Xiong

Any licensed Realtor can help you buy a home. You should interview a couple of Realtors to see who you think will do the best job for you. This is a negotiation and a legal transaction. If it is a short sale, even more skills are needed. My buyer reps can assist you with purchase, classes, recomendations for inspection, closing, mortgage, etc. Please call me and we'll talk about it.
