Gibsongirl, Home Owner in 76017

I missed the gas lease that signed most of my neighbors in my neighborhood. Is it too late to sign a lease or do they no longer care about my house?

The company in your neighborhood is only one of quite a few out there. The activity levels for most of these companies has diminished somewhat. The best strategy is to call a few companies and determine the level of interest they may or may not have.

It depends on if they are still planning on drilling. Some companies have stopped signing leases.
You can contact them and see if they are still interested.
You might also call an oil and gas attorney to see if they can help you negotiate a lease and review
all the contracts before you sign.
That's the power of signing with a group. You can split attorney fees and have more power to negotiate prices.
The groups typically got much higher prices at the peak for their leases than individuals who signed with reps going door to door.

Good luck and hope they drill and find gas in your area.
