Vicki is correct. It's about 15-20 minutes from the beach. It's next to the Turnpike, that gives you quick access to the north or south. It's an area that is developing right now where new a luxury communities are in construction right now. There is a new and very nice plaza on the area (west to the Turnpike on Atlantic Blvd). I am moving to this area in 2 weeks and I felt in love with it because is quiet as a suburb and if you want restaurants and "noise" , it's fairly close to downtown that is on the east of Atlantic Blvd. (approximately 10 minutes).

This area is what is normally known as "West Delray". Not far from the downtown area and close to good schools and parks. It is a 15-20 minute drive to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops of downtown Delray. Regarding housing, you can find great values in terms of price, taxes, and HOA fees since it is not as close to the beach. I can help you find your dream home in this area or closer to the water but still affordable. I can also provide you with a list of homes that will meet your specific criteria. Just give me a call or send me a quick email when you're ready to see properties in person or if you'd like to receive a complete list of homes that will meet your needs.

In addition, feel free to use my website to search for properties in Florida:

The value of using my website is that you can request information on any property for sale in Florida by simply pressing the "contact me" or the "request more info" button on any of the listings and I will get back to you ASAP with the answer.

I live at the border of this zip code. It takes me 12-15 minutes by car to the beach from Jog Road heading east on Linton. This is not walking distance to the ocean. It is a nice long bicycle ride or a quick ride in the car. If you have any other questions regarding this location, dont hesitate to ask

Good Day!
33446 is approx 4.5 to 6 miles from the Atlantic Ocean Shoreline, pending on the area within 33446 you reside. It is unincorporated Delray Beach/Palm Beach and it physically starts around Jog Road about mid-way between Atlantic and Linton. This is a great area ... close to trendy downtown Delray Beach and a 2 miles stretch of award winning public white sand beach, but you are not caught up within the downtown hustle and bustle. The American Heritage school as well as other outstanding schools are near its' boundaries. Just within 33446 is The Morikami Tropical Gardens, Museum & Park, great restaurants, bisto's, and cafe's. Should you like assistance within this area or the surrounding areas of Delray Beach, please contact me.

Zip code 33446 is on the western edge of Delray Beach. I believe the eastern border of the area is Jog Road which is a very short drive of the awesome beaches of Delray. Atlantic Avenue is about the centerline of this zip code so head east, find a parking spot and enjoy one of the best beaches in southern Florida. If you are hungry after your fun in the sun head over to Tramonti for an incredible italian meal! Atlantic Ave is my favorite street in south Florida and one of the main reasons I do so much work there.

I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience and I will be happy to be of assistance.
