Hi, We are thinking of moving to Marlboro, but don't know the area well enough. Is "rent to own" thing possible with Marlboro properties, kind of?

negotiating with buyers to rent first?

I am affiliated with Century 21, in Marlboro NJ. I have access to first time homeowner programs that can put you in the home of your dreams with very little out of pocket expenses. Call me to discuss 917-416-1414 or 732-792-6036

I teach creative buying strategies to buyers and investors across the country and while I am not in the Marlboro market at all, I can tell you that it works EVERYWHERE. I have a ton of videos and articles on my website that goes over a lot of info on the process.

You may want to check out those before you talk to a local agent (or do it yourself) in Marlboro.
