There are a couple of historic districts with 19th century Victorian mansions, and there are neighborhoods of smaller 2 and 3 story rows and twins. Prices range widely, but are generally modest for the type and size of property that you are purchasing. Residents are, for the most part, passionate about their neighborhood.
