Most definitely. Although the geographical layout of the area might not be kid friendly but families still choose to live there because of the easily accessibility to other facilities not to mention the large lot sizes which is great if you want extensive privacy.

Absolutely! The hills can make it a bit less kid frindly (sidewalks, etc) but many families choose to live in the Hollywood Hills, for the views, access to hiking, privacy (think celebrity) and large lots.
