Hi Jcandsk,

Are you talking about the home inside the nursery. I have seen the home at Greenheart Cir. I feel that chemical problem cannot be significantly dangerous otherwise owner of the nursery would not built own home there. This is a very well planned home. It is a little unusual but architect has done a marvelous job there. Close to that home are mostly greenhouses. There is a little creek urunning under the home and 8.8 acres of open area and acres of conserved area. I feel there may be more chemicals and pesticides in the field down the Mesa.

If you are still looking in this area, please, feel free to contact me.

Hi Jcandsk- I can only assume you are looking at the home that is right next to Greenheart Nursery. I was at the home yesterday. The home is very interesting and when you are at the property, it feels like you are the only person around. The downside to the home, which as you have noticed, is you have to drive through part of a nursery to get to the home. The nursery is comprised mostly of green houses and the likely hood of a problem with chemicals is not high. However, if you are worried about the nursery I need to point out there is always a risk of contamination when living next to or near any agriculture project or even a farm. There are other homes on acres at similar prices that may be more suitable that have less risk of the possibility of contamination that you may want to consider.

If you are going to be in the area, please give me a call at 805-471-0828 or e-mail me at david@dnorwood.com and I can show you the home Greenheart Cir. and you can decide for yourself how great the risk might be. You can also look at the other available homes on acres on my web site at http://dnorwood.com/MLS.aspx and we can look at those homes also.
