YES! That is an excellent score! The amount you would qualify for would depend on your debt to income ratio. I have a good friend that would be able to talk to you about all of your loan options, including some $0 down loans. Her name is Christa Simmonds, she owns Cason Home Loans. Call her at 810-664-4330. If it's a bank owned property it's most likely based on non-homestead tax rate. Which is higher than homestead rates. If you'll give me the address I can check the property for you and let you know.

Normally you need a healthy down payment.
