Plus, it's anonymous so you won't have to worry about leaving a paper trail. There is no "one" fee that western Chicago agents charge. Each agent/agency charges their fee based on the services they offer.

Contact several agents/agencies and ask what they charge, and what they offer for that fee.

Was your house taken off the market or has your listing agreement expired? I would either ask your agent or look at how long your listing agreement was signed for.
