I don't think paint is incredibly important. It's always nice to have it look good, if you don't do that, people have no way of knowing that you care for your property. Beyond that though, you should be okay. I've never heard of a sale stopping because of paint not being ideal. You should talk to your realtor to determine what you should do.

For home rentals in Hutto you would want to find a realtor with MLS access. They can help you set up a search for all of your wants and needs from price, to the size of a lot, the square footage of a home, number of bedrooms, or if they except pets ect..... They can email you the link to view the homes and set up an automatic email that notifies you when a new home comes on the market for lease with in your search criteria. I too live & work in the Hutto area and would love to help. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Sincerely,
Rèmi McDonnell

Hello Dana,

Been in Hutto, TX since 2006 and this is the last town you would wanna move. Everything in Hutto is just too expensive compared to Round Rock or Taylor. Taxes are high, water bill more than others pay in the surrounding Round Rock, Pflugerville or Taylor. Not to mention, the water quality is horrible. No grocery stores unless you drive to Round Rock, Pflugerville or Taylor. Taxes go up every year. On average, my taxes went up just about $200.00 Furthermore, Hutto councel is the most incompetent you can find in all Texas. Those people can't get their stuff together. it's like they just wanna get the paycheck and let the rest go to hell. Just check and see how much they paid for the "Hutto" sign by IH 130.
If I could sell my house, would move out of Hutto tonight.
Good luck w/ your search.

I would be happy to assist you in locating property for rent in Hutto, Round Rock, Pflugerville. I am very familiar with the area. I have a property that I own in Round Rock that will be coming up for rent soon and will be placed in the MLS in the next week or two. What is your price range?

Thanks

Hi Maureen,
I have seen your signs and you were on my list of people to call! However, with the massive unemployment rate in Idaho, we've decided to stay in Hutto for at least another year or two. If the economy in that area picks up, I will be in touch.

thanks so much!
