Absalom Roman answered:
Hello Marcy. My name is Absalom Roman and I am a realtor in Keller Williams in Conroe/Lake Conroe/ Huntsville area. I see that you are looking for place to live that will allow you to have privacey and also to be affordable. I may know of a few places that will suit your needs that you are looking for. Have you been approved by a lender? If not, I know someone who can help you in that area. Knowing if you qualify and the amout you qualify for will help filter down some options. This would be the first step that I would suggest to do when wanting to buy a home for the first time. Please feel free to contact me. I would be glad to help and guide you through the steps. Thank you

Bruce Lynn answered:
Just ask your realtor to keep an eye on it for you.
They can set up a search to give you an alert when it closes.
Occasionally the sale does not go through and likely if it doesn';t it will come back on the market.

Good luck.

Margaret T. Hatcher answered:
Genell,
It does show that this property is not off the market. That can mean many things. Good luck in your search, The next time you see something of interest contact a Realtor to view. It is best to get pre qualified first. Many sellere do not want a contract from someone that has not spoken to a mortgage company yet. It just means they take their property off the market while some one else qualified could be looking at it.

You could contact any local realtor, and this realtor would be able to access the MLS so as to tell you what agent had formerly listed the property. That agent should in turn be able to put you into contact with the owners. ... more

Arturo,
I unforunately do not have a floor plan for this listing. However I would be happy to go measure and draw something off for you on graph paper o give you a fair idea. I am presently out of town but will be back in my office on Monday, August 31st. This property is very close to the University. When do you and your wife plan to be in the HUntsville area?

Regards,
Diana Sprott, Realtor
