I have been attempting to get in contact with the company because the 31 homes we've reached out to have not contacted us back about their residence. There hasn't been a single homeowner who has made contact with us at all. We have called the provided number but all I get is a busy signal from the line every single time I call. I would like to request a refund because we never hear from anyone and its been the allotted 90 days. Does anyone have a more recently contact number for this company or any of its affiliates? ... more

The two problems are most sites like this share info to cross promote. Many times the fields do not line up from one site to another. One larger problem is the large amount of scammers that clone listings as fast as posted, offer them for half price and steal peoples money. There is no shortage of tenants sending them money so they will not go away. The sites take down 1 ad and the scammers put up 3 more ... more

I looked up your home, and the last two model matches sold just weeks ago for $805k and $865k. The difference in price was due to the condition of the home. The $865k was completely remodeled. I ran some neighborhood comps as well, and prices in your area are averaging around $792k.

I am not sure of your question. But I can tell you that I had a home listed for sale before I was a real estate agent for 5 years.(1985-1990) I was licensed in 1990.
For years I blamed the real estate agents for the fact that it did not sell. Now I realize that part of the problem was me. I am a strong personality.
The other part was that the agents did not want to tell me what I did not want to hear. They went along to get along.
On the other hand some of the agents came up with stuff that was just stupid.
