I think you are talking about Highland Oaks condos in Hunter's Green. There is no problem getting homeowners insurance in Hunter's Green. And, Highland Oaks is under new management and repairs are being made. I think you should check again on insurance. Generally, lawn care and general maintenance of things outside of your home are included in HOA fees. That's one of the big perks in my opinion. Yanerivas, Hunter's Green is a lovely community located in New Tampa, 33647. The HOA is $1191.14. The community offers a Fitness center, Gated Comm, Golf Comm, Park, Playground, PUD, Tennis Courts courts.

Home prices ranged between the mid $300,000s to the mid $400,000. Homes are presently for sale in this community. If you wish to view any please provide a convenient day and time for your personal viewing.
