Unfortunately most places in Scituate, the summer rentals are only 3 months. June - Aug. The winter rentals follow the school year. It will be really tough to find something into September.

Most summer rentals are being revamped to be year round rentals now.

There are no short term rentals on Spinnaker, however the units can be rented for longer terms. Typically, you find one year + rentals on the Island.
