It does look that way but I believe they are joined on the left hand side (from the front) behind the first house picture (L shaped). If you look at the back side picture you can see that there is what appears to be a garage on the left side (from the back). Based on what I see on the MLS it says that 129 Dracut Road is:

TWO HOUSES JOINED ON A 2 ACRES LOT. MAIN HOUSE IS A LARGE 3 BDRM, 2 BATH RANCH W/FULL FINISHED BASEMENT AND A 2 CAR ATT GAR. #2 HOUSE, (BUILT 1988) IS 3 BDRM 1 1/2 BATH SPLIT ENTRY HOME W/ 1 CAR GAR.

So it appears that it is accurate.

It is a short sale contingent on bank approval. Basically, the home owner owes more than it is being sold for and the bank has to agree to the price. It usually takes about 3-4 months to close. It takes at least 2 months for the bank to respond and at least another month to close... sometimes more. The power lines are close but not directly above it. And although it is listed as River Road it is actually not directly on the main road... it is tucked into the woods a little bit farther back. As a note, this is a condex (like a duplex but you would only own half) which can be harder to finance through FHA but there are other options.

This means that the Seller has accepted an offer, but there are contingencies that need to be cleared before the property can close.
