Faith answered:

The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit or remove the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process.

If the county records are correct and Trulia has not received the updated data yet, owners have the ability to edit their home facts on Trulia which appear in the 'Owner Information' section. Please know that edit home facts feature is currently removed from the property pages while we improve the feature. While we do not have a specific date for when they will be available, I can assure you this is only temporary. We thank you for your patience.

Thank you for using Trulia!

What is the point of your question? You can google real estate agencies in Hudson, look at the bios and can conclude which are the most established. However it is primarily the realtor that a principal will have most contact with so you should be interviewing a few to see which is best for you. ... more

Hi Cindy,
There is no link for you to do a FSBO on trulia. If you want it advertised you would need to look into hiring and agent to do so.

Bret...You can "flag" a scammer on Trulia and they will look into it and remove his posts if appropriate. In the bigger scheme of things, most scammers operate with impunity because they cannot easily be caught and prosecuted by the system. If you know the true identity of the scammer and have good evidence of fraud, then you can likely get some authority to go after him/her. Unfortunately, that is usually not the case, these scammers are pretty good at lurking in the shadows without revealing their true identity. Best of luck in getting the scum... ... more

You will need the buyer, their agent and your listing agent to contact the loan officer who csan contact the appraiser or the VA underwriter directly. you should provide them with proof , examples, pictures, floor plans and anything else tha may help you cause. Without the buyers help and the buyer wanting it, it wont get donw.

As far as the deposit, if teh sale is contingent upon the buyer receiving financing, and tehy ar ewithin their dates, if the va wont fund it, they cant get a mortgage and if the provide a mortgage denial letter within that time, cahnces are they are within their contract, if they are outside the dates, or dont probvide a mortgage denial lette rin time, then you have a case. get you listing agent involved to save the deal.

Susan Sawyer Your Real Estate Expert answered:
The answer is possibly yes. With changes in the mortgage industry, you will need to talk with a lender first. When I sold my home last year I found out I needed to sell my home before I could buy another one and that a renter would have to live in my home for 2 years before the mortgage company would consider that income. Depending on your financial information you may qualify to buy another home without having to sell your home. We have great realtors and mortgage companies in this area. ... more
