If the price is within range, yes Hudson is a very easy place to find renters. The snowbirds are here from November through April 1st. every year. And during those months you can get a much higher price for rent.
We own rental property in Condo on the Gulf in Hudson on Sea Ranch and it is always rented during the snowbird months. Not so much after April but for us we have friends and relatives coming down and it is nice to let them stay at the condo.

My NC Homes Team answered:
to start you've not identified the property your asking about. Secondly no one is going to answer your question as to what the seller may take for a cash deal, and if they do their just guessing. This isn't how you go about buying real estate. You should contact a local Realtor who specializes in buyer side brokering and who works in the area you're looking to buy in and sit down with them and have them show you what they believe the true market value for the property is and why and discuss an offering strategy with them.

Check out the link below on what you should be looking for in the way of a buyer broker.

There were 9 sold in the past 12 months and there are 5 active listings:

http://mfr.fusionmls.com/DotNet/Pub/EmailView.aspx?r=878856239&s=MFR&t=MFR

An owner cannot rent out the property for 2 years and it is a 55+ community.

Hope this helps.

All the best,
