Kimberly Lawson answered:
A Realtor is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has the ability to facilitate real estate transactions on behalf of buyers and/or sellers. The only way a Realtor can sell property is with the owner's consent. The only way you could contest a parent selling their own home is if you have a power of attny over the person/parent who signed. You'd have to show that they signed after you were granted the POA proving they did not have the mental capacity to sign the listing agreement in the first place....? Best of luck to you, Kimberly Lawson, Ohio Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Contact and licensing information can be found on my profile. ... more

You evict them for nonpayment of rent. If you need the legal advice on how to evict them you need to contact an attorney.

Paula Lazzari answered:
Hi Gary, Thanks for inquiring on this property. Although, this home was sold, I did a quick search and found homes that were similar. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1+ car garages with many updates between $70,000-90,000 in Hubbard. Are these the features you are most interested in having in your new home?

It would be my pleasure to answer your other questions and help you seek out the best home for you.

You can reach me directly at 330-240-7559 or email me at Paula.Lazzari@BrokersSOLD.com

Enjoy the sunshine!

I'm very interested in this property but it needs ALOT of work and investment. I would place a bid immediately if it went up for auction.
Any information you could provide would be appreciated.…

I'm back again for the last time - promise ! I just looked closely to see where the house was located on the map ... it's got a highway in the front and train tracks in the back ! If you don't have any kids - or cats - and don't mind the noise, then like Bill just said, ask a professional to find its true value for your interest.
Sincerely,
Joan

Larry Jebsen answered:
Jessica- your question is a bit vague, but if I understand you "Are sellers willing to rent or do land contract?" That depends. A seller can have many motivations. If they already have another home or their backs are financially against the wall- perhaps. But even if a house is on the market a long time, some sellers have no interest in renting. The only sure way is to ask a seller. Realtors multiple listing service will often list homes that have that are also available for land contracts, lease, etc. Craigs list and local newspaper adds are also good sources. ... more
