There is almost every store you would need on Route 9. Is there any store you were wondering about in particular?

Central Howell is an excellent place to be, as you have route 9 which connects to 195 which leads to
the Parkway North. My husband commuted to Staten Island from howell for 38 years, He worked for Con Edison. The commute took him 1 hour. The commute to Brooklyn would take you about 1 hour 20 minutes depending on the time of day..

Good luck to you...

If you are looking for a nice home, we are selling ours without a real estate. It is a four bedroom 2.5 bath home with a basement. The kitchen has just been done with cherry cabinettes granite counters and has a marble floor. The roof, air, heating system, windows, have all been replaced with in the past few years.

We are located at 11 Remsen Drive in Howell, and are selling the home because it is just too big for us, as the children have all moved on.

Good luck to you

The communite via the GSP to Union from Howell during high times is what can be excpected - hgih traffic as many homewoners live in South Jersey and work 'up north". However, the Union Toll Plaza is almost always jammed so I'd add another 15 minutest to your commute, Of course this is give or take any particular day. Google maps tells me that the communute would be 56 minutes, but again I'd ad another 15 minutes give or take due to the Union toll plaza jamm.

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do not hestitate to contact me direct @ 732.6065.2931.

Hi Steph,
Little Leaf Lane is in a new construction adult community called Pine View Estates, that is probably why you weren't able to find it. This home was being sold by the builder and is under contract.

If you have any further questions or need assistance finding a home please feel free to contact me at 732-580-5309.

Go to the web-site and check pre-foreclosures list, bankruptcy list and sheriff sale or go to the Monmouth county sheriff sale list or call Howell township at 732-938-4500 ask for sheriff sales number in Freehold cause I am not sure of the number off hand; what you are asking is public knowledge and with a little research you will find out the answer yourself! Keep in mind that foreclosures can take years and there are a lot of twists and turns people could easily save their own home especially in this market; I think it is best to check out the sheriff sales and look for the houses that are already foreclosed on and bank owned these homes will say bought for 100.00. but do not quote me on this. Call me and I will find you a home that has no history or heart ache. There are a lot of listings we want to sell at good prices without the head aches. If you choose a foreclosure call the bank or another agent cause I will not sell foreclosures. my cell is 732-995-7633 ... more

There is a new swim club Howell Pointe which is located on the top of Howell Road, there is horse back riding along newtons-corner road, there are new malls on route nine and Wallmart was recently reverberated. The best thing to do is stay at the newer Marriot and visit the beaches in Spring Lake, Sea girt or even Belmar which is 10 minutes from Howell because the homes along Ocean Ave. are a sight to see in itself! Then call me when you are ready to buy your dream home or sell your own. Karen Westpy 732-995-7633 ... more

Yes, this would pertain to the Freehold area as well. There are some parts of Freehold along Rt. 79 that may make a commute closer and easier using the rail station. Best of luck to you:)
