John, looks like you are badge hunting posting the same reply to numerous questions. Don't stoop to that level.

I was out of the country for 2 weeks and went from VIP3 to zero during the most recent 30 day period, and did pick out really old questions to copy paste to regain my status. if you look at my answers, most often I am deliberate and detailed in my response

SFR Designation through the board is a good one. You can also check out CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert. A bit more costly, but more resources come with the designation. Hope that helps.

There are 2 designations that are well known in our area are Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) http://CDPE.com, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resources (SFR) http://succeedwithmore.com. There is a huge price different between the 2 but they are both nationally recognized and provide excellent training.

CDPE designation is the most expensive however they have an online resource center, customizable websites and more.

I would start with your local board as they should have class schedules for the CDPE or SFR designations.

These websites may help you out. The National Association or Realtors has training on short sales and foreclosures.
