Your best bet is to go to your states website and go to the secretary of state. All the forms you need will be online so you can do it yourself. There is no need to pay someoen to do what you can do yourself. Be prepared to have the name you want already thought out, it is alos a good idea to use teh search engine on that websote to make sure it is available and have some backup names just in case. If you are not savy then you can buy the kit as staples or office max and if you dont want to do anything there is always legalzoom, but it will cost more.

Check with the Secretary of State. Depending on how you're going to structure your company, different costs and forms apply. It's pretty quick, simple, and inexpensive. There's a contact number listed on the website for you to reach if you need clarification or additional information. Good Luck with your business ventures.
