Is a licensed sales associate legal to work in two different real estate offices in NY? (ie: one in NYC and the other in Albany)

as long as all brokers provide written approval, you can have your licensed held in as mNy brokerages and boards as you like.

Ask your primary broker the question--much would depend on the two companies and if they are agreeable to such a scenario, maybe they/you can co-broker, etc.

Yes, so long as both offices are aware and agree to the arrangement.
