Janay,

Have you found your answer? If so, contact me, I'm a local broker. We can discuss business arrangements.

Janay, I suggest you check with the Department of Real Estate, I am almost sure you that to have a property management company you must be a broker or work for one who is responsible to oversee the operation.

Janay,

First of all I am not an Attorney, so I can't give legal advice, but it would seem to me you would be able to own your own Management Company. I don't see why not, as long as you do everything you should according to the law. Get your business License, permits, and any thing else you might need to own your own management company. If you check around, I'm sure you will see that it is possible.

Happy New Year Janay.
