I would love to have a fantastic reference book about "short sales." Can anyone recommend one to me?

I'm relatively certain that by the time we are through this current real estate phase there will need for a re-write. New ground is being broken regularly that will result in much needed updating to protect the best interests of all parties.

I would do investigation via the web, there are no rules, matter of listing a home for sale, all is up to bank for final decisions, and stack list submitted by the property owner.

You should ask Tammy Hornung. I am sure she can recommend one.
Good luck
