I've had many good and bad experiences with attorneys. Depending on the matter at hand, I can give you the name of a few good, REASONABLE real estate attorneys. Please call me to discuss your situation and I can give you the appropriate attorney's contact info.

I have been on the Montgomery County Realto-Bar Association liaison Committee for close to 20 years. There are many extremely competent and impeccably honest real estate attorneys. The level of expertise and proportionate cost truly depends on why you need an attorney. If you just need an attorney for a standard transaction that is one thing. However if you need an attorney to do a complex subdivision or zoning variance that is something else.

I would be happy to give you recommendations based on your needs.

Hi Rar, I have a colleague who is both a Realtor AND an attorney. He charges less than some other attorneys I have seen. Email me in private if you would like his contact info. Best of luck to you!

You can check with the PA bar association and search their list. If you have used a local Realtor in the past, you could also call them and ask for a referal. Good luck working things out
