Contact property management companies in your area. They typically sub out the clean outs on a per job basis. Once you prove your worth, you should have no problem staying busy. Also, look around at foreclosures in your area and see who is doing the field services; call those companies. Also, look at http://www.hudhomestore.com and see who is listed as the field services manager on the different properties. Call them and let them know what you do; however, you will need to have a business license and insurance.

Hey Karen,

That's exciting! Congratulations. I would recommend making your services known to the agents in your area so that when they need a cleaning business, you are on the top of their minds.

You may want to just start off by emailing them directly introducing yourself. Alternatively, you can set up alerts on Trulia.

Here is a directory of agents in your area: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/

Good luck! Please reach out if you have additional questions.
