Another option for building interest, leads and possible traffic to you website is writing compelling blog posts.

Trulia is not an effective CRM, it has no particular tools to help manage contacts/leads or stay on top of your business, however I do find it an extremely effective lead generator. There are options to buy position in your area which can be very effective for led generation and having your clients post referrals/recommendations on your profile page is an incredibly powerful lead generation tool.

Lastly you need to actively participate and build up your online presence on Trulia. It takes some time and effort but is worth the effort. Trulia is just one part of the whole picture. Learn to embrace the internet, it's where our business has been moving for the past decade plus and it's always changing.
