There are multiple ways to search, either by last name, property address, etc. Let me know if you need more help.
You can go to the property appariser's website to look up a property owner by address. Then you can go to the Clerk of the Courts website to look up mortgages matching the name at that address that do not have satisfactions also. The problem is that most loans are sold, so this will not tell you if it is the current lien holder. The original mortgage is recorded, but not sales or transfers among lenders.
I feel an informed client makes the best decisions regarding their real estate needs. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
