It "MAY" have been addressed before, BUT just in case......in the state of Texas you can not sign a contract and it be binding unless you or at least 18 years of age. SO, you may want to get a parent or someone to co-sign with you. Once you become of age, then have the home legally put in your name.
Check with a lender, because they may mean you seeking a new loan for the full amount at that time.
