Hey Heather,

Thanks for sharing. I live in 77007 and know several other renters here as well. I do a lot of leasing including leasing to renters that are new to Houston, so I would be glad to help you. My email is below if you want to send me your max. rent price and then I can give you some more details on what's available. This zip code is a very desirable area so when something hits the market for lease, it is often snatched up quickly, so it's good to be aware of what's available ASAP.

Hope to hear from you soon :-)

Hi Mike,

Once we receive the updated photos from the listing source, they should be live on our site within approximately 24 hours. If you want to update the photos on Trulia quicker, you can update them manually within the My Listings section of your Trulia account, which you can access via the link below.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Diane,

I'm not sure what type of error message you received, but please keep in mind that we support the following photo formats: jpg, bmp (Windows), png, gif, and for best results we recommend that you upload photos at 640x480 or higher resolution. Also, the maximum size is 4 MB.

If your images meet these requirements, the best way to troubleshoot this problem would be to send them to our Customer Service team so they can investigate and attempt to duplicate the problem.

You can send them to our team via customerservice@trulia.com.

Savannah Bowman answered:
Hi, Terry.
Your best bet is to have a local agent to a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) with recent/similar homes which have sold in the past 3-6 months.
This number is constantly changing depending on the recent sales, so if you are looking for the right time to sell keep checking! There are many agents on Trulia who would be happy to get you this information, including myself. Consequently, this is also a good way to protest your property taxes.
Please let me know if I can provide this. All that's needed is your current address and any new improvements or improvements needed.
Visit my profile for more information or contact me directly at 832-409-9436.

Emily Erekuff answered:
Hi Abner,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. Only listings that have been submitted to Trulia manually can be edited at this time. Other listings must be updated with the source that sends your listing information to us. Your listings come to us directly from your MLS and from what I can tell, though they have updated their website with the new price, they have yet to update that price in the data feed they send to us.

I have gone ahead and updated the price for your listing manually and that should update on our site within 24 hours, however I would suggest that you also contact HAR to ensure that they update their feed going forward with the correct pricing information.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or feedback for us.

Hi Vicky,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question.

If the following property at Oxford St. is no longer available, please contact Keller Williams to request that they update the listing information on their site and in the data feed they send to us. They currently still show this property as being available on their site and still indicate that it is for sale in their data feed. Once they make those updates however, our display should update automatically.

Also, I do see a listing at 71 Patti Lynn Ln on your profile.

I hope this adequately answers your questions. If not, or if you have others, please access the link below to send an email to our Customer Service team with clarifications as to how we can further assist you.

Thank you,

Hi Lee,

If this issue has not yet been resolved, please do let us know. The best way to do this is to select the 'Report error' link you will find on the right side of the property details page. You can then tell our Customer Service team about the problem and they can remove the listing from your account.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns about this, or any general feedback you wish to share with us.

Hi Levans,

Welcome to Trulia!

I apologize for not finding and answering your question much sooner. In the future when you have a question about Trulia, please post it in our Using Trulia category so we can find it right away.

Once a listing change is submitted to us, that change should be reflected on our site within 24 to 26 hours. Please note however that we don't generally receive automatic updates from the MLS so you'll need to verify that the source providing the listing information to us has their data updated as well. If you believe that is the case and this listing still hasn't been corrected, please contact our Customer Service Team so they can investigate further. To do so just access the link below and select the 'Ask a Question' option and be sure to include a link to the listing in question.

Best Wishes,
